Video Conference Report
We met with the students of europe at 3 pm, 8 th December IST on Zoom Meet. After a brief
of instructions by the teachers on both sides we were allowed to interact
and ask each other questions. The students from both sides participated with great
enthusiasm and we found many things about thier traditional food , festivals,
school -life . All of this was a great way for both sides to know each other and we
hope great friendship will bossom in the future.
In Brief...
The students of Euro School were involved in a conversation with the students of the Lorentz School Netherlands.
The conference for each group began with a general introduction, where the students from both the
schools would introduce themselves and their mentors.
Following this, generalized questions was asked regarding the weather, the cultures, traditions,
languages and various other aspects of both- India and the Netherlands.
Then we moved on to asking questions about the progress each group has made with respect to their own project.
Our group, Green Meals, we asked the students their hobbies. We introduced ourselves by mentioning our
names and the posts we are at in the group.
Concluding , we had a fruitful session and hope to have more like this in the future.

REFLECTION OF THE TEAM

" Through this Eumind project, I learned about several aspects of collaboration that need to be in place in order for a group to smoothly and successfully reach their goal. One of these aspects is good lines of communication. Everyone needs to know what the goal is and have some kind of agreed-upon idea of how the goal will be accomplished. Positive interdependence is another important part of collaboration. Groups often divide the workload among its members to move closer to the final goal. I have learned that if one person does not complete their individual part, the whole group suffers, and therefore it is important that each person fulfill their role according to the group's established timeline. I also learned how flexibility is important in collaboration We also had to be flexible with each other's ideas to determine what would work for the project or how to make something work even better."

"Green meal is an essential part of our lives. This project taught me about what exactly are green meals and how important they are in our day to day lives.Green meals, such an intersting topic. I learned a lot of new things about green meals. Not only this but it made realise the importance of team work. We worked together to achieve this goal. Each and everyone had a lot of ideas but by listening to each other we could make our ideas turn out even better. We had fun and finished our work simultaneously. My public speaking skills were sharpened as I had taken interviews.
This was an amazing journey for me. It has taught me so much."

"I have always been passionate about saving nature from global warming and climate change, one of the gravest issues faced by humanity today. I have always tried to all I could in my power for this cause, but I always felt that I could be doing more. EUMIND green meals came as that oppurtunity to actually save Mother Earth from global warming and climate change. At first, I was quite confused. Do our meals also cause greenhouse emissions- The major cause of climate change?
Then when I understood how green meals minimize these greenhouse emissions, I realized they were good for the environment as well as our health! So I really had fun during this project.
I also realized how important a good team is- My team was always ready to support me. I also learnt the importance of coordination and teamwork.
To sum it up, it was an enriching and fun project to work on. Thanks for making me a part of it!"

RECOMMENDATION
We, the students of EUMIND- green meals project, thoroughly recommend the people to go green. We are encouraging people to consume green meals for the betterment of their health, in particular and their environment, in general. Increased intake of vegetarian foods reduces the carbon footprint. We observed that more than 60% of the people are aware of the health benefits of green meals. And a large number of individuals are also willing to change their eating habits to improve their health and save our environment. Hence, we recommend everyone to go green, as healthy(green) food can also be made appetizing and good to taste.
CONCLUSION
Green Meals project has been a very interesting topic to research on. It is one of the main issues prevailing in the world. Due to Covid 19 and bird flu in India, People in India as well as in the world wide are becoming more alert and aware. They are conscious about the impact of non green meal on the environment as well as to living beings, But still some people who still are not completely aware about the idea of green meals, we have to convey out message to them. The project has been a fun, yet interesting way to convey this message. We have conducted various awareness activities, done many researches and have arrived at the conclusion that green meals has very less carbon dioxide emission, when compared to meat.
It is essential that we save our environment, or at the fast rate at which the earth is depreciating, we might not have a home in the near future. This might not be a very big step, but if maximum people of the 7.5billion start consuming green meals it can definitely save our environment. And thus, we can make the earth a better and more beautiful planet to live in.
